1▪ Monitoring & Evaluation and Knowledge Management Specialist (based in Kathmandu)

                                She/He will be responsible for the overall monitoring or evaluation and learning of the SUSTAIN program, contributing at thematic program level especially focused on Samarthya and through other projects under the Sustain theme. She/he will take lead in strengthening knowledge management system through communicating and sharing evidence/ proof  about the programmatic learning, impact's and outcomes to enhance the quality of work empowerment. 

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

● Master’s degree in relevant subject from a recognized university with at least three year's working in the field.
 ●Experience:-                        Imonitoring,evaluation,development studie's,natural resources,agriculture and other related subject's. 
●Good knowledge of human right's based approache's and human right's principle's in monitoring is desirable.
