IME Group is one of the leading multi-business conglomerate of Nepal. Which is looking for suitable candidate's for the following position's and for it's Payment Division at various location's and  with in Nepal as mentioned below *

1: Regional Business Development Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
  • To report the report's related to the business growth to the management on regular basis.
  •  Supervise Administrative, logistic affairs and documentation support in the provincial office to ensure that they comply with legal requirements.
  • To prepare annual sale's budget / targets and plan activities for achieving business targets.
  • To find out and be aware of the competitor’s activities and prepare or recommend strategies to counter the competition.
  •  To manage, supervise and monitor the cluster teams within the province.
  • To recommend and carry out Brand promotion activities for the visibility of brands within the province.
  • To set KPIs for self and cluster team members within the Province and evaluate their performance as per the performance appraisal policy of the Company.
  •  Participate in local events for the promotion of products and services (brand) of the company.
  • To organize sale's campaigns for promotion and awareness of existing and new product's / service's of the company to general public.
  • Any other assignment's as assigned by the management from time to time.

JOB / PERSON SPECIFICATION:-
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:-

●  MBA or Master’s degree in business /management studies.
●  5 - 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the leadership role in a sales and marketing role in the reputed company.

2 : Business Development Officer

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • To budget and plan annual sales target for the respective sales territory and to achieve the targets.
  • To maintain productive relationship with agents, merchants and potential merchants.
  • To advise/recommend marketing team for visibility of brands in the market
  • To Supervise & monitor sales activities and progress of agents and merchants.
  • To provide necessary support to agents and merchants to facilitate for growth of sales / business.
  • To manage cost of sales effectively
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.


JOB / PERSON SPECIFICATION:-
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:-

● Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management. The MBA or Master’s degree in business/management studies shall be preferred.

● 5 – 7 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s Degree and 3 – 5 years for Master’s Degree.

3: Marketing Representative

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  •  To initiate necessary action for brand visibility in the market.
  •  To identify the potential areas / spaces for brand display and visibility
  •  To ensure proper visibility of brands in the market.
  •  To inspect and improve the visibility & quality of brand display installed in the market
  •  To maintain record of brand displays and report the status of branding to the management
  •  Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • To conduct research and explore potential Merchants in the market;
  •  To negotiate and convince the merchant for business alliance
  • To acquire merchants for the products & and services of IME Limited and IME Digital Solutions and maintain productive relationship
  • To provide necessary supports to Merchants for promotion of business.
  •  To follow up, monitor and supervise merchants on regular basis.
  •  To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

5: Product Sales Representative

Roles And Responsibilities:- 

  • Studying the company’s products and their benefits for users
  • Developing effective marketing strategie's and plan's
  • Working with design and  acquisition and other team's to promote & sale of product's and service's. 
  • Translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products
  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
  • Work with various team's and  design, content, acquisition, product, sale's to implement strategie's.
  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
  •  Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedbacks.
  • Any other assignments as assigned by the management from time to time


JOB / PERSON SPECIFICATION:-
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:-

●  Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or similar field with minimum 2 years of working experience.
●  Proven experience as a Product Marketing & Sales, Brand Management or similar role.
●  Preferable background: Airline Ticketing Sales, Utility bills payment; Mobile money, Events and ticketing.
●  Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns).
